Please download Abstract template here. Abstract’s normal length is one full A4 page (including figures and information about authors), and send the conference abstract to Haibing Zhang. Email:hb-zhang@xjtu.edu.cn.

Please fill in the blanks with required registration information on the website, choose your scientific topic, and send your abstract with correct form.

Note that: abstracts should be submitted, in Word formatAbstracts submitted via fax will not be accepted. Abstracts submitted not in the Template will not be accepted for the reviewing process. The abstracts will be collected in a Book of abstracts distributed to all participants at the registration, and also will be published on the web site. The Scientific committee reserves the right to decide on the final acceptance and allocation of the abstracts. If your web submission failed please via e-mail only hb-zhang@xjtu.edu.cn.

Registration

All participants should register for the Symposium using Registration Form and pay Registration Fee as shown above. Please note: at least one registration is required for each abstract. If a participant does not register and does not pay Registration Fee, the presentation will be removed from the Symposium program and the abstract will not be published.
